Nomination of New Internal Auditor

Autohellas SA (hereinafter “the Company”) announces to its investors, according to legislation in force, that Mrs Anastasia Blouna undertakes the role of Internal Auditor of the Company, in replacement of Mr. Gregory Mamakos, as per the decision of the Board of Directors dated May 20^th 2019.
