NOTIFICATION OF CHANGE OF THE COMPOSITION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Folli Follie Commercial Manufacturing and Technical Société Anonyme announces, pursuant to the relevant provisions of the Regulation (EU) 596/2014 concerning the market abuse, article 2 para. e' of the HCMC decision no. 3/347/12.7.2005 and the ATHEX Rulebook, the election of  Mr. Nicolaos Kanellopoulos,  as a new non-executive member of its BOD, replacing Mr. Ilias Kouloukountis, who has resigned from his position as a non-executive member, for the remaining term of the Board of Directors.

Following the above, the Board of Directors of the Company has been assembled as follows:
