PARTICIPATION IN THE TENDER PROCEDURE FOR THE ACQUISITION OF 100% OF THE SHARE CAPITAL OF THE MELITI AND/OR THE MEGALOPOLI DIVESTMENT BUSINESSES

The company under the trade name "ELVALHALCOR HELLENIC COPPER AND ALUMINIUM INDUSTRY S.A." (hereinafter referred to as "ELVALHALCOR”) announces to investors that, today, 15.03.2019, expressed interest for the participation of ELVALHALCOR S.A. in the tender procedure for the acquisition of 100% of the share capital of the Meliti and/or the Megalopoli Divestment Businesses, in the context of the 08.03.2019 “Joint invitation to submit an expression of interest and request for binding offers” which was published by the company “Public Power Corporation S.A.”.
