Disclosure of Regulated Information as per Law 3556/2007

Company Diagnostic and Therapeutic Center of Athens HYGEIA SA (hereinafter the “Company”), acting in compliance with the legislation in force, announces the following:

Pursuant to Regulation (EU) No 596/2014, on 8 April 2019, company HELLENIC HEALTHCARE Single-Member Holdings SA, an entity that can be construed as having close ties with individuals who are members in the Company's Board of Directors, i.e. Messrs Dimitrios Syrmas and Sergios Stampoulous, acquired 8,566,007 Company shares for a total consideration of €8,137,706.65, once HELLENIC HEALTHCARE concluded exercising its takeover right (squeeze-out), in accordance with Decision No. 2/840/15.03.2019 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission Board of Directors.
