According to the legislation in force, company Diagnostic and Therapeutic Center of Athens HYGEIA SA (hereinafter “the Company”) announces the following:

The company registered as Hellenic Healthcare Single-Member Holdings SA, which may be considered as having close ties with members of the Company's Board of Directors – i.e. Messrs. Dimitrios Syrmas and Sergios Stampoulous – in compliance with Regulation (EU) No 596/2014, on March 29, 2019 acquired 114,699 shares of the Company, valued at € 108,964.05  in total.
