PURCHASE OF OWN SHARES

TITAN CEMENT COMPANY S.A. announces that on the 14^th November 2018, the Company purchased, through Alpha Finance 3,924 common own shares against an average purchase price per share of euro 19.48 and 1,517 preference own shares, against an average purchase price per share of euro 18.70, at a total purchase price of Euro 76,453.88 and Euro 28,367.90 respectively, in implementation of the decision dated 1st June 2018 of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders and the resolution dated 1st June 2018 of the Board of Directors, pursuant to article 16 of Law 2190/1920.
