John Kamatakis President and CEO  of the Board of Directors on  Thursday March 7, 2019, bought 2,500 shares of a total value of 12,809.82€ and on Friday March 8, 2019, bought 2,200 shares of a total value of 11,288.50€ and mr. John Zannas member of the Board of Directors on  Thursday March 7, 2019 sold 4,500 shares of a total value of 22,740€.

The  announcement is in accordance with L. 3556/2007 (art.3 and 21) and in combination with the resolution of the H.C.M.C. 1/434/3.7.2007 .
