According to the provisions of the articles 4.1.3.15.1 of the ATHEX Regulation, the company ELLAKTOR S.A., announces to the investing community the 2019 financial calendar, as follows:

1.    The Company's Annual General Meeting will take place on Friday, June 28^th, 2019.

2.    The FY 2018 Financial Statements as well as the Consolidated Financial Statements will be released to the Athens Exchange on Wednesday, April 17^th, 2019, and will be published on the company's website on the same day, before the opening of ATHEX trading session.

3.    The Analysts' briefing on the FY 2018 results will take place on Thursday, April 18^th 2019, via a teleconference.

4.    The Board of Directors will propose no dividend distribution for the fiscal year 2018.
