OPAP S.A., announces that the Company's Board of Directors has approved the appointment of Odysseas Christoforou to the new role of Deputy CEO. The new role, which reports to the CEO, Damian Cope, will take effect from 1st July 2019 and will not be a member of the OPAP SA Board of Directors.

Mr. Christoforou is currently Chief Corporate & Regulatory Affairs Director and has been an employee of OPAP since August 2014. He will continue with his extensive responsibilities within the company covering corporate communications, regulatory & compliance, corporate affairs and press office as well as OPAP's extensive CSR activities, which support communities across Greece and Cyprus.
