Suspension of the shares of P.G. NIKAS S.A.

Upon relevant request of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, as of today, September 28^th, 2018, the trading of the shares of "P.G. NIKAS S.A." is suspended, according to case (d), paragraph 2, article 23, L. 3556/2007, for a maximum time interval of ten (10) days, due to the fact that there is reasonable ground for suspicion that the company's released financial statements for the period 1.1. - 30.06.2018, published on September 27^th, 2018, deviate from the IAS/IFRS standards, according to the auditor's report which expressed a "Qualified Opinion".
