The Company “GEK TERNA Holdings, Real Estate, Construction S.A.” announces, pursuant to article 21 of law 3556/2007 and article 11 of decision no. 1/434/3.7.2007 of the Capital Market Commission, that the executive  Vice Chairman of the BoD (person subject of the obligations set forth in article 19 of the EU Regulation 596/2014) Mr. Angelos Benopoulos, by exercising stock option rights in the course of implementation of the decision of the A' Repeat General Assembly dated 7/7/2014, acquired through an OTC transaction on  27/9/2018,   12,000 common registered shares of the Company at the price of  0.57 € per share, thus a total price of  6,840.00 €.
