NIREUS AQUACULTURE SA (hereinafter “the Company”) announces that, following notifications dated 27.1.2020 received pursuant to Law 3556/2007 (hereinafter “the Law”) (a) from Mr. Craig Tashjian, individually acting and (b) from the controlled (within the meaning of Law 3556/2007) by Mr. Craig Tashjian, company Tashjikan Capital LLC, acting individually but also on behalf of the controlled (within the meaning of Law 3556/2007) companies, AMERRA Capital Management GP, LLC, AMERRA Capital Management LP, Amerra Capital Management, LLC  (jointly with Tashjikan Capital LLC, (the “Relevant Entities”)) and Andromeda Seafood Sociedada Limitada (the “Andromeda Seafood ”), following the acquisition of a total of 132.146 common shares issued by the Company from Andromeda Seafood on 24.01.2020, the Company's voting rights held (i) directly by Andromeda Seafood and (ii) indirectly by Mr Craig Tashjian and the Relevant Entities changed from 89,16% as at 18.12.2019 to approximately 92,19% as at 24.01.2020.
