(GRS111003026) are traded on the ATHEX ex-rights in terms of 1 new (CR) share for every 3 old (CR) shares held ?with issue of 13,288,535 new CR shares - at an issue price of €0.75 per share. The rights' trading period is set from November 27, 2020, to December 7, 2020 (included). The rights' subscription period is set from November 27, 2020, to December 10, 2020 (included).
