Agreement with Gazprom export LLC

Athens, Greece – 2 June 2020– MYTILINEOS S.A. (MYTILINEOS) announces the agreement with Gazprom export LLC for a long-term contract for natural gas supply. The agreement was signed yesterday June 1^st 2020 by Deputy Chairman of the Gazprom Management Committee, Director General of Gazprom Export Elena Burmistrova, and Chairman and CEO of MYTILINEOS S.A. Evangelos Mytilineos.

The contract provides for annual deliveries for the period up to 2030.          

The agreement will further enhance the competitiveness of MYTILINEOS' gas position in the area and contribute significantly to the maximum efficiency of its industrial and power generation facilities.
