AUTOHELLAS S.A. announces, in accordance to the provisions of law 3556/2007, that on the 17th of July 2020, shareholder and I.R. of Autohellas SA, Zacharias I. Vitzilaios (person obliged to notify pursuant to law 3340/2005), purchased 300 shares of Autohellas S.A. at a total value of Euro 1,110.00 and on 21st of July 2020, purchased 300 shares of Autohellas S.A. at a total value of Euro 1,050.00.
