Following the announcement dated May 13th 2020, LOULIS MILLS SA informs the Athens Stock Exchange and the investing public that, according to the decision of the judicial authorities of Cyprus dated 16/6/2020, the share capital increase by euro 2 million, for the purpose of capital support of the 100% subsidiary of the latter, LOULIS MEL-BULGARIA EAD so as to be able to meet its needs for working capital, was completed.
