EUROPEAN RELIANCE SA (the Company) announces that pursuant to the provisions of Law. 3556/2007, L.3340 / 2005, Decision 1/434/03.07.2007, the Circular 33 and Decision 3/347 / 12.07.2005 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, that Mr. Diamantopoulos Georgios, Independent - Non Executive Member of the Board, of the company European Reliance General  Insurance Company SA, proceeded on the following transactions:

• on Friday 12/06/2020, he bought 1.850 (one thousand eight hundred and fifty) shares of the Company, with a share price of 3.60 euros
• on Monday 15/06/2020, he bought 150 (one hundred and fifty) shares of the Company, with a share price of 3.59 euros
• on Friday 19/06/2020, he bought 620 (six hundred and twenty) shares of the Company, with a share price of 3.58 euros

With the above transactions, the total direct and indirect shares of the European Reliance General Insurance Company S.A. owned by Mr. Diamantopoulos, amounts to 107.620 shares (0.39129% of the Total Shareholders Capital).
