According to L.3556/2007, TERNA ENERGY SA discloses that a notification was received today by the shareholder Mr. GEORGIOS PERISTERIS, according to which on December 18, 2020 there was a change (decrease) in his withholding voting rights, which decreased below 20% and specifically:

Number of shares and voting rights prior to the previous transaction notification:  23,732,450 thus 21.7068 % of the total voting rights of the Company.     

Number of shares and voting rights after the last transaction: 22,638,504 shares and voting rights, thus a percentage of 19.5404 % of the total voting rights of the Company, which amounts to 115,855,090.
