AUTOHELLAS S.A. announces, in accordance to the provisions of law 3556/2007, that on the 02^nd of October 2020, shareholder and Chief Information Officer of Autohellas SA, Panagiotis D. Karabourniotis (person obliged to notify pursuant to law 3340/2005), purchased 500 shares of Autohellas S.A. at a total value of €1,852.50.
