In accordance with the provisions of paragraph 4.1.3.1 of the Regulation of ASE, it is announced that the tax audit for the fiscal year 2018 for the companies KARATZIS SA and KEN SA has been completed.

The tax audit for the both companies was carried out by the Certified Chartered Auditors, pursuant to the provisions of article 65A par. 1 L.4174/2013. The auditors have issued unqualified tax certificates.
