Mr. Antonios Svoronos, Chairman of the Board of Directors of our company purchased 425,690 shares of our company (corresponding to 425,690 voting rights) at an average price of € 0.1905 per share. The Company “Antonios Svoronos & Partners Advisory and Management Services Single Member Private  Company” which is a Legal Entity closely related to Mr. Antonios Svoronos, the Chairman of the Board of Directors, sold 425,660 shares of our company (corresponding to 425,660 voting rights) at an average price of 0,1897 euro per share. Mr. Orfeas Mavrikios, Vice President and Managing Director of our company, bought 200,000 shares of our company (corresponding to 200,000 voting rights) at an average price of 0.195 euros per share. Finally the company “Orfeas Mavrikios and Associates Advisory Single Member Private Company” which is a Legal Entity that has a close relationship with Mr. Orfeas Mavrikios, our company's Vice President and Managing Director, has sold 200,000 shares of our company (corresponding to 200,000 voting rights) at an average price of 0,195 euro per share.
