Lamda Development S.A. following its announcements dated 2.4.2020 regarding the Financial Calendar of 2020 and 21.5.2020 regarding the postponement of the release of the first quarter 2020 results, pursuant to articles 4.1.2 & 4.1.3.15.1 of the Athens Stock Exchange Rulebook, announces the amendment of the financial calendar as follows:

-             Release of First Quarter 2020 results: Thursday, July 23, 2020

-             Release of First Semester 2020 results: Tuesday, September 22, 2020

-             Release of Nine Months 2020 results: Thursday, November 26, 2020
