Upon relevant request of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, the suspension of trading placed on the shares of "YALCO - CONSTANTINOU S.A." is lifted, as of today April 1^st , 2020, since the reasons for suspension are no longer in effect, taking into account that the company published the Financial Reports for the period 01.01-30.06.2019, on March 31^st, 2020, upon which the auditor's report expressed an "Unqualified Opinion".

As of the same date, the shares of the company will be trading οn the "Surveillance" segment.
