KRI-KRI SA announces that Mr Kamarinopoulos Panagiotis resigned on 17.12.2019 as an independent non-executive member of the Board of Directors, for personal reasons. In accordance with the law and company's statute, the Board of Directors will decide for Mr Kamarinopoulos replacement as a member of the BoD, on a forthcoming meeting.
