AEGEAN AIRLINES S.A. announces, that in compliance with Law 3556/2007 and the provisions of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, M. G. CHRYSSAFIDIS S.A., a legal entity closely associated with Mr. Alexandros Makridis (Independent, non-executive member of the BoD), purchased 4,500 shares of Aegean Airlines of total value Euro 37.752,38 on 19/12/2019 and purchased 3,600 shares of Aegean Airlines of total value Euro 29.888,32 on 20/12/2019.
