Further to the announcement dated 29.5.2020 with respect to the Transaction, as defined in the aforementioned announcement, Forthnet S.A. (the “Company”), informs the investors about the following:

According to the Press Release posted to the European Commission's official website on 14.8.2020 (https://ec.europa.eu/commission/presscorner/detail/en/MEX_20_1483) the Commission approved, under the EU Merger Regulation, the proposed acquisition of  the Company by United Group B.V.

The present announcement is published in accordance with art. 17 of Regulation (EU) 596/2014 for market abuse (MAR) and para. 4.1.3.6. of the Athens Stock Exchange Regulation, as currently in force.
