"NIREUS AQUACULTURE SA" (hereinafter the  "NIREUS") in accordance with the provisions of Regulation 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council and other applicable provisions, announces that Mrs Natalia Zolotova (Liable person- Shareholder) notified Nireus on 30.12.2019 that on 18.12.2019 she sold 16.160.734 ordinary shares of Linnaeus Capital Partners BV, which were held in the share capital of NIREUS, to Andomera Seafood Limited for 0,23 euro per share.
