The Anonymous Company under the trade name “FLEXOPACK ANONYMOUS COMMERCIAL AND INDUSTRIAL COMPANY OF PLASTICS” and the distinctive (commercial)  title “FLEXOPACK S.A.” (hereinafter the “Company”), in compliance with the provisions of Law 3556/2007 and the Resolution of the Board of Directors of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission number 1/434/03.07.2007, as well as article 19 of the Regulation (EU) 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council as of the 16^th April 2014, announces to the investors that in accordance with the notification submitted to the Company on  29.01.2020 by the relevant Form for Notification of Significant Modification on Voting Rights, the shareholder Competrol Establishment proceeded on 27.01.2020 to the sale of  common, registered shares of the Company with voting rights, resulting in decrease of the percentage of the said shareholder below the limit of 5% of the overall voting rights of  the Company.
