Nireus Aquaculture SA (hereinafter "the Company") announces that, following its notification dated 30.12.2019 which it received pursuant to Law 3556/2007 (hereinafter "the Law") from  Mrs Natalia Zolotova (indirect liable person of Linnaeus Capital Partners B.V), change was made to the voting rights on its shares as follows:

The percentage of voting rights of Mrs Natalia Zolotova on the company's shares, on 18.12.2019, which was owned by the controlled company Linnaeus Capital Partners BV, was 0,00% of the total voting rights of the Company (that is  0 direct voting rights), against a  previous percentage of 5,55% of the Company's total voting rights due to the sale and transfer of 16.160.734 ordinary shares, that had proceeded by the controlled company Linnaeus Capital Partners BV to the company  Andomera Seafood Limited, with voting rights.
