Suspension of trading of the shares of "AEGEK S.A."

Upon relevant request of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, as of today, June 26th, 2020, the trading of the shares of ‘AEGEK S.A.' is suspended, according to par.1 art.17 L.3371/2005, as, following the company's announcement of 25.06.2020, the latter is not able to publish the Annual Financial Statements for fiscal year 2019 within the specified deadline, hence, the protection of investors and the smooth operation of the market of the company's shares are not ensured, until the company drafts and publishes the aforementioned Financial Statements, according to L.3556/2007.
