The Anonymous Company under the trade name FLEXOPACK SOCIETE ANONYME COMMERCIAL AND INDUSTRIAL PLASTICS COMPANY and the distinctive (commercial)  title FLEXOPACK S.A. (hereinafter the Company), announces that in accordance with the provisions of article 49 of Law 4548/2018 and in compliance with the decisions (resolutions) of the annual Ordinary General Meeting  of the shareholders dated 26.06.2020 , as well as the decision (resolution) of the Board of Directors of the Company dated 13.07.2020, and  within the framework of the enacted Program of Purchase of Own Shares, proceeded on 22.07.2020 with over the counter (OTC)  purchase of 96.450 own shares with average purchase price 4,00 Euro per share, and total transaction value 385.800 Euro.

Following the above-mentioned purchase, the Company owns 96.450 own shares corresponding to 0,82% of the total shares of the Company.

The present announcement is issued pursuant to Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 and the Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052 of 8 March 2016.
