Consolidated Report on payments to governments

 (according to article 156, L.4548/2018, as in force)

The ELLAKTOR Group announces, according to the provisions of article 156 of Law 4548/2018, as in force, that due to subsidiaries mining activities for quarry products, has paid to the Greek Government within the Fiscal Year which ended on 31.12.2019, the amount of euro 271 th. (FY 2018 318 th.)

The above amount concerns payments for:

a. Lease payments for quarries, euro 175 th. (FY 2018: 175 th.), and                                                             

b. Duties for aggregates of quarries, euro 96 th. (FY 2018: 143 th.)

The breakdown of payments by entity is:                                                         

a. HELLENIC QUARRIES SA, euro 126 th. (FY 2018 : 155 th.)                               

b. DI-LITHOS SA, euro 145 th. (FY 2018 : 163 th.)
