Reply to query of HCMC

In reply to query dated 30.12.2020 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, in relation to reports of the press about the resignations of ELLAKTOR's BoD members, and following the Company's 30.12.2020 announcement to ATHEX (by the means provided for in Article 21 of the L. 3556/2007), we refute the reports on resignations of other members of the BoD, further to those referred to in the ELLAKTOR's announcement. Such being the case the Board of Directors of the Company consists of:

1.      Georgios Provopoulos, Chairman of the BoD - Non Executive Member,

2.      Anastasios Kallitsantsis, Managing Director - Executive Member,

3.      Ioannis Pechlivanidis, Director, Independent - Non Executive Member,

4.      Panagiotis Doumanoglou, Director, Non Executive Member,

5.      Komninos-Alexios Komninos, Director, Independent - Non Executive Member,

6.      Despoina-Magdalini Markaki, Director, Independent - Non Executive Member, and

7.      Eleni Papakonstantinou, Director, Independent - Non Executive Member.

Finally we inform you that the BoD of the Company will be convoked, as soon as possible, to possible replacement of the member who have resigned, and its reconstitution, and will keep the investors informed in relation to any changes in its structure.
