On 19.11.2019, "PIRAEUS LEASING SA" sold and transferred  its 100% to parent company under the name "Piraeus Banks " (Piraeus Banks) the total amount of shares of  "NIREUS AQUACULTURE  SA" (hereinafter referred to as "the Company"), that is  22.584.160 ordinary shares of the Company, which corresponds to 7,6819% of the Company's voting rights. Consequently as the aforementioned transaction, Piraeus Bank directly holds 94.766.845 ordinary shares of the Company and 94.768.300 voting rights (including 1,455 voting rights exercised under pledge agreements), which holds a total of 32,234% of the voting rights of the Company (excluding 24,061 own shares without voting rights).
