Announcement Regarding recent publications in the printed and electronic Press and following its announcement dated 13.03.2020, “HELLENIC TELECOMMUNICATIONS AND TELEMATIC APPLICATIONS S.A.” (hereinafter “the Company”) informs the investing public that, according to the notification received on 16.03.2020 by the Lending Banks NBG, Alpha, Piraeus and Attica Bank (hereinafter “the Banks”), One Digital Services S.A., a subsidiary of  the Group Alter Ego Mass Media, has withdrawn the proposal submitted to the Banks regarding a potential transaction with regards to their exposures in the Company and its subsidiary Forthnet Media S.A. According to the same notification, the Banks are in the process of evaluating the proposal they have received by Duet Private Equity Limited.

The present announcement takes place, following a request of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission (HCMC), in accordance with resolution 5/204/2000 of the HCMC's Board of Directors, as in force, and art. 17 par. 1 of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014.
