KARATZIS SA announces, following the decision of the BoD, the sale of 100% of the subsidiary KEN SA to VOLTON SA. This transaction is expected to have a positive impact on the results of KARATZIS SA and this positive impact will be declared in the financial statements of  Karatzis Group on 31/12/2019.
