AUTOHELLAS S.A. announces, in accordance to the provisions of law 3556/2007, that on the 07^th of May 2020, the company Main Stream S.A., controlled by Eftichios Vassilakis (person obliged to notify pursuant to law 3340/2005), purchased 20.000 shares of Autohellas S.A. at a total value of € 79,674.24.
