Appointment of a Special Negotiator

on the shares of UNIBIOS S.A. Holdings

The Unibios  Holdings Group announces that during the meeting of the Committee for Introductions and Market Operations of the Athens Stock Exchange that took place on 28th January 2021  the stockbroking company Leon Depolas was awarded the status  of Special Negotiator on the shares of the issuer Unibios S.A. Holdings.   Unibios Holdings S.A.  has signed a special negotiation contract with Leon Depolas Brokerage Company, for the duration of one year.   The start date of the Special Negotiation will be on Monday  February 1 2021.
