Announcement

PPC S.A., following its announcement dated 9.3.2020, announces that its BoD approved the Head of Terms for the cooperation between its 100% subsidiary PPC Renewables S.A. and RWE Renewables GmbH, aiming at the joint contribution and development of PVs of a total installed capacity up to 2 GW through a JV. The participation in the JV will be 51% for RWE Renewables GmbH and 49% for PPC Renewables S.A.
