According to article 24, paragraph 2 (a) and (b) of Law 3461/2006, the company named "Andromeda Seafood Sociedad Limitada" (hereinafter "the Offeror") declares that on 23.12.2019, it acquired A total of 1,746,619 ordinary shares of the Societe Anonyme under the name "NIREUS FISHERIES SA" (hereinafter "the Company") for 0,23 Euro per share.

Following this acquisition, the voting rights of the Offeror in the Company amounted to approximately 90,83% from approximately 90,23% on 20.12.2019.
