OPAP S.A., pursuant to Law 3556/2007 and the provisions of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, announces that under the "obligation of transactions notification", Mr. Damian Cope, Chief Executive Officer, purchased on 08.05.2020, 7,500 OPAP SA ADRs each representing 0.5 of a share, of a total value of USD 32,769.00.
