Following the in-kind redemption of certain investor shares of SAZKA Delta AIF Variable Capital Investment Company Ltd (formerly Emma Delta Variable Capital Investment Company Ltd) (i.e. shares representing economic, non-voting interests) through delivery of shares of OPAP S.A., as of 13 October 2020, the number of shares of OPAP S.A. owned by SAZKA Delta Hellenic Holdings Limited (formerly Emma Delta Hellenic Holdings Limited) has been reduced to 106,800,552, representing 31.28% of the total share capital and voting rights in OPAP S.A.

In addition, as of 13 October 2020 SAZKA Group a.s. holds directly 39,411,249 shares of OPAP S.A., representing 11.54% of the total share capital and voting rights in OPAP S.A.

As a result, as of 13 October 2020, VALEA FOUNDATION and the other entities referred to below indirectly control, based on their concerted action, in total 42.82% of the total share capital and voting rights in OPAP S.A.:

It is noted that under the laws of Cyprus “Emma Delta Hellenic Holdings Limited” has been renamed to “SAZKA Delta Hellenic Holdings Limited”, “Emma Delta Variable Capital Investment Company Ltd” has been renamed to “SAZKA Delta AIF Variable Capital Investment Company Ltd” and “Emma Delta Management Ltd” has been renamed to “SAZKA Delta Management Ltd”.
