Notification concerning acquisition of voting rights according to L. 3556/2007

According to L.3556/2007, GEK TERNA S.A. discloses that a notification was received today by the shareholder LATSCO HELLENIC HOLDINGS S.A.R.L, regarding the acquisition of voting rights on March 12, 2021 and specifically:

Number of shares and voting rights prior to the previous transaction notification:  0, thus 0.00 % of the total voting rights of the Company.     

Number of shares and voting rights after the last transaction: 7,858,571 shares and voting rights, thus a percentage of 7.5985 % of the total voting rights of the Company, which amounts to 103,423,291.  

The above mentioned notification also included a statement of the shareholder LATSCO HELLENIC HOLDINGS S.A.R.L that it is controlled by a natural person, Mrs. Anna Maria Louiza Latsi, who indirectly holds the above participation in GEK TERNA S.A. The Company also received a similar notification by the natural person, Mrs. Anna Maria Louiza Latsi, who repeated the above acquisition of voting rights, through legal entity LATSCO HELLENIC HOLDINGS S.A.R.L., which is under her control.
