ANNOUNCEMENT OF REGULATED INFORMATION ACCORDING TO LAW 3556/2007
The company "P.G. NIKAS S.A." (the "Company") announces, in accordance with the provisions of Law 3556/2007 and article 19 of Regulation (EU) no. 596/2014 and after relevant notifications received, that, on December 10th, 2020, the company "GIVENRISE INVESTMENTS LIMITED" acquired 12,405,847 common, registered voting shares, upon payment of the amount of 9,304,385.25 euros due to its participation in the Company's share capital increase.
GIVENRISE INVESTMENTS LIMITED is, within the meaning of article 3, par. 1 (26) of Regulation (EU) 596/2014, a legal entity that has a close relationship with Mr. Spyridon Theodoropoulos, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company.
