The company EPSILON NET S.A. announces, according to L.3556/2007 and the provisions of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, that Mr. Ioannis Michos - Chairman of the company's BoD and CEO), according to 28.12.2020 notification to the Company, on December 23, 2020 sold 150.000 common shares, valued at € 555,000 in total.
The shares were sold to a foreign institutional investor.
