"Suspension of trading of the shares of "EPSILON NET S.A."
The Athens Stock Exchange, following its announcement of June 26th, 2020 and today's announcement of "EPSILON NET S.A." regarding the price range for the public offering of its shares, which will take place between Wednesday, July 8th, 2020 and Friday, July 10th, 2020, announces that on Tuesday, July 7th, 2020 the trading of the shares of the company on the Alternative Market (EN.A.) will be suspended.
Following the successful completion of the public offering and the achievement of adequate free float, the shares of the company will be delisted from the Alternative Market (EN.A.) of ATHEX, along with their listing on the Main Market. In case these conditions do not occur, the suspension of trading will be lifted and the company's shares will continue trading on the Alternative Market (EN.A.) of ATHEX.
According to the company's announced timetable, the trading for the total number of the company's shares on the Main Market of ATHEX is expected to commence on Wednesday, July 15th, 2020.
