Commenting on press articles regarding the holdings  of “Silchester International Investors LLP” (“Silchester”) in PPC's share capital, PPC S.A clarifies that the total  holdings of the five commingled funds for which Silchester acts as investment manager remains above 10%.

The  PPC announcement dated 5.11.2019 refers to the holdings of “Silchester International Investors International Value Equity Trust” in PPC's share capital which is one of the five commingled funds for which Silchester acts as investment manager.
