TAX CERTIFICATE FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 2019

The company “ADMIE (IPTO) HOLDING S.A.” (Or “Company”) announces, in accordance with article 4.1.3.1 of Athens Stock Exchange Regulation , that has received an unqualified tax certificate, following the completion of the special tax audit by its auditors, with regards to the fiscal year 2019.

The Affiliate Company “ADMIE (IPTO) S.A.” also received an unqualified tax certificate for the fiscal year 2019.
