CHANGE IN 2020 FINANCIAL CALENDAR

ELVALHALCOR HELLENIC COPPER AND ALUMINIUM INDUSTRY S.A. (hereinafter “ELVALHALCOR S.A.”), pursuant to its disclosure obligations to the investment community and in accordance to Article 4.1.2, paragraph 1β) and Article 4.1.3.15.1 of the Athens Stock Exchange Regulation, announces to the investors that the Annual briefing of Analysts regarding the FY 2019 Financial results of the company will be held on Wednesday the 22nd of April, 2020 at 18:00 Greece local time via call conference:

Duration:                            The teleconference will last approximately 30 minutes. There will be an opportunity for a question and answer session after a short presentation.
