According to article 24, paragraph 2 (a) of Law 3461/2006, the company named "Andromeda Seafood Sociedad Limitada" states that, on 19.12.2019, it acquired a total of 1.318.542 ordinary shares of the Société anonyme company Nireus Aquaculture  SA for 0,23 Euro per share.
